Contributing to BMW’s Neue Klasse Digital Launch

I contributed as a UX/UI designer to BMW’s Neue Klasse project, supporting the Modal Hub experience used during the launch of a new vehicle line. Working under the guidance of the Principal UX and UI Designers, my role focused on refining key user-facing touchpoints while aligning with BMW’s enterprise design standards. My contributions included work on the Modal Hub experience, Help and Contact sections, and elements of the BMW AI Assistant, ensuring clarity, consistency, and launch readiness across multiple surfaces.

Outcome

The final experience delivered strong performance, with visualizer-related elements achieving a 132% conversion uplift. In addition, the Modal Hub design introduced as part of the Neue Klasse launch has since been adopted and rolled out across other BMW model hubs. These components now form part of the broader BMW digital ecosystem, contributing to a consistent and scalable approach that supports the future of BMW’s online vehicle experiences.
