Paxi, a leading parcel courier service in South Africa, needed a comprehensive redesign of their shipper portal to better serve their diverse user base. After an in-depth user experience audit, we discovered that the majority of Paxi’s users access the system via mobile devices. The outdated interface and poor mobile accessibility were hindering user engagement across all three main user groups: small businesses, mobile-first entrepreneurs, and larger corporate clients. Our solution focused on creating a smooth, mobile-friendly user experience, while ensuring advanced features were available for desktop users, aligning the platform with Paxi’s business goals.
