Pinter is transforming the way people experience fresh beer by bringing brewing into the home. The Pinter product allows users to brew their own beer with ease, using Fresh Presses—innovative beer capsules akin to Nespresso pods. Our challenge was to address the high churn rate among new users who often struggled during their first few brewing attempts. We crafted a companion app to guide users step-by-step, ensuring they brew exceptional beer on their first try, building their confidence and driving long-term engagement with the brand.
