I led the redesign of Royal Impact’s e-governance platform, covering both the citizen-facing mobile experience and the administrative dashboard system used to manage operations. The project focused on improving accessibility, clarity, and consistency across a complex set of governance workflows. A core part of the work involved designing a shared design system to support long-term scalability across the platform. This ensured visual and interaction consistency between mobile and administrative experiences while simplifying future expansion and maintenance.
